Matthew Rosenberg is a Director of Marcus & Millichap's Capital Corporation (NYSE: MMI). Based in the Philadelphia office, Rosenberg directs a team dedicated to covering finance needs for over 50 sales agents and their clients. Through the years he and his team have formed excellent relationships with small and large cap insurance companies, national banks, private funds, wealth managers, bridge lenders, and have allied partnerships with GSE licenses (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
Mr. Rosenberg has successfully arranged financing for thousands of apartment units across the nation with a strong focus in the tri-state Pennsylvania region. He also specializes in net leased investments, construction, shopping centers, office buildings, GSA leases, flagged hotels, student housing, and seniors housing.
Recent highlights include securing construction and permanent financing for 60 apartment units near the University of Pennsylvania; 150 apartment units in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia; 57 Luxury Apartment Units in Fishtown, Philadelphia; 96 apartment units and 30,000 Sq. Ft. retail in downtown Reading, PA; 135 Apartment Units in Kennett Square, PA; 200 newly constructed apartment units at the University of Texas A&M in Bryan, TX; 60 luxury apartment units on Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, CA; Manayunk, PA’s largest office building, Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia Mixed Use Portfolio, Food Lion Anchored Shopping Center in York, PA; as well as a portfolio of eight Walgreens, ranging from TX, OH, NY, IL, SC and exclusively listed, sold, and financed with Marcus and Millichap.
Rosenberg’s underwriting prowess and market knowledge have allowed him to consistently achieve the top 5 broker designation in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office. Matt has also served as a panelist/speaker/moderator for numerous real estate symposiums and conferences.
Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Rosenberg was with CB Richard Ellis Inc. Capital Markets in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University, where he earned a B.A. degree in Real Estate and Finance.
