Overview

Matthew Porter and his team specialize in single tenant, multi-tenant, and net-leased investment sales. They have closed properties in eight states and have begun to create a national market place for investors.

Matthew works on a team with numerous years of commercial real estate experience, including sales, purchase, appraisal and retail investment.  In 2016, the team closed nearly 20 properties that count noteworthy tenants such as, Arby's, McDonalds, Burger King, Family Dollar 7-Eleven, Dairy Queen and more.

The Arby's and Burger King properties Matthew closed are among the lowest capitalization rates in Marcus & Millichap history. Matthew and his team of retail agents have closed $27,765,000 in 2016 and currently have over $14,400,000 in pending transactions year-to-date. Marcus & Millichap as a whole in 2016 closed 8,715 investment transactions for private and institutional investors.
