Matthew Porter

Overview

Matthew Porter and his team specialize in single tenant, multi-tenant, and net-leased investment sales. They have closed properties in eight states and have begun to create a national market place for investors. Matthew works on a team with years of commercial real estate experience, which includes selling, purchasing, appraising, and evaluating retail investments. In 2014 the team closed over 30 properties that include tenants like 7-Eleven, Arby’s, Café Rio, Circle K, Kum & Go, U.S. Bank, and Dairy Queen. The Arby's properties Matthew closed are among the lowest capitalization rates in Marcus & Millichap history. Marcus & Millichap as a whole in 2014 closed 7,667 investment transactions for private and institutional investors.

Matthew was also a top performer for Vivint, an alarm and home automation company. In 13 months and across eight different states Matthew generated over $777,000 in revenue for the company. He understands client’s needs, and how to overcome obstacles. He enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals and walking them through every step in a real estate transaction. Matthew understands how to leverage the Marcus and Millichap platform to help clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate and creating an environment to maximize wealth.
