Matt Snyder serves as a Senior Investment Associate specializing in the multi-family markets of Ohio and Kentucky in Marcus and Millichap's Cincinnati, Ohio office. He is a Senior Associate in the company's National Multi Housing Group.
Matt Snyder joined Marcus and Millichap in the summer of 2003 and works out of the Cincinnati office. Matt is a multifamily investment specialist. During his tenure, Matt has been recognized as one of the leading brokers in the Ohio-Indiana-Kentucky region and was recently promoted to Vice President of Investments. Matt has closed more that 100 transactions, totaling more that 8,300 multifamily units and more that $300 million in value from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia and Tennessee. Matt's multifamily brokerage experience extends from market rate assets to senior housing, HUD-Section 8, student housing, bank-owned distressed property, LIHTC/Section 42 and institutionally owned property.
