Matt Omansky

Matt Omansky is an investment associate on the Miller Gomes Hotel Team at Marcus & Millichap in the firm's Austin, Texas office where he received the 2019 Rookie of the Year Award for Austin and San Antonio, closing 11 deals worth over $70 million. Matt represents buyers and sellers of investment hospitality properties throughout West Texas, the Oil and Gas area, and the Southwestern United States.

Matt has more than seven years of experience in the real estate industry within the hospitality sector. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked at Ten-X on their National Hospitality Group and has contributed to the successful closing of 25 investment hospitality transactions valued over $113,500,000 throughout his tenure. Utilizing his experience and highly established hospitality team, Matt is dedicated to helping clients recognize potential investment opportunities through valuable research, advisory services, and hospitality market knowledge.

Matt graduated from Colorado Christian University in Denver, Colorado with a bachelor's degree in social science, and relocated to Austin in 2016. He is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and when he is not focused on hospitality investments, he enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors with friends and family, and checking out live music around town.
