Matt LoPiccolo is a highly diversified commercial real estate professional, specializing in retail property transactions within San Diego County. With over 1 million square-feet of successful retail closings since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2011, ranging from single-tenant net-leased assets to credit-anchored shopping centers, Matt has become widely regarded within the San Diego brokerage
community as a premier, client-centric retail investment sales agent. Matt dedicates his work to developing and maintaining enduring relationships across all sectors of the industry. Whether he’s building a local or national marketplace for the sale of an asset or identifying best-fit properties to add to a growing portfolio, Matt’s ability to focus on long-term goals without overlooking the needs of individual stakeholders has enabled him to preserve and build wealth for his clients.

Matt attended Grand Valley State University on a football scholarship and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business. He lives in North County San Diego with his wife, Nicole, and their son, Marcus.
