With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Marty’s expertise includes aggressive marketing, transaction management, asset management and strategic planning for institutional and private clients on a local and national basis. Marty began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 1986 as an Associate in the Multi-Housing division. He then joined Grubb & Ellis Company where he served as a Senior Vice President of the Investment Group. During his 14 years with Grubb & Ellis Company, Marty consistently ranked among the top agents of the company earning numerous awards and accolades.

In 2004, Marty rejoined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services as a Vice President of Investments where he and his team have closed over one billion dollars in transactions in the local and national markets. Marty specializes in Real Estate Investment acquisitions and dispositions of Retail Shopping Centers, Single Tenant properties, Office / Industrial buildings, Multi-Housing properties and Land Development transactions. Marty also has expansive knowledge and experience in successfully fulfilling the 1031 Exchange needs of his institutional and private clients. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, he has consistently been ranked among the top agents in the company annually.
