Overview

Martin Agnew is in his 13th year with the firm of Marcus & Millichap, the #1 Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company in the country. Marty joined the firm in 2002 as a full-time sales agent. In March 2005, Marty achieved Associate status and was promoted to Senior Associate later that year, in October 2005. Marty was also promoted to Director of the National Office and Industrial Group in 2007. Additionally, Marty has been a member of A.I.R. since 2003. Marty specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail Commercial Real Estate Sales in the San Fernando Valley of California and has closed over $240M in commercial real estate sales. Marty and his team have between $15M - $40M in commercial properties exclusively listed at any given time. Marty, along with his partner, Jessica Kelley, have successfully managed a team of agents for 8 years. Currently they are mentoring three junior agents and have mentored 10 other junior agents over the years. Marty and Jessica take pride in mentoring young agents trying to break into the commercial real estate business and spend hours training and guiding these young agents to success. Marty received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Marketing from Oklahoma State University in 2000.
