Marshall Ward

In September of 2014, Marshall joined Marcus and Millichap the nation’s leading real estate brokerage for commercial transactions. Marshall specializes in San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, and Santa Clara County apartments buildings, but has assisted his clients in buying, selling, and refinancing a diverse range of asset types ranging from land, office, multi-family, and triple-net (NNN) properties. Since joining the firm Marshall has sold over $300M in commercial real estate, and was promoted to Senior agent in 2017, and first Vice President of Investments in 2020.

In 2021, Marshall launched the Ward Group, building a team of agents who specialize in apartment building sales in select Bay Area Counties. His agents Sean Bloore, Jack Miller, and Abe Ibrahimi specialize in Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano Counties. Under Marshall's leadership, they have successfully created market share in each sub-market and have expanded the Ward Group to covering the entire Bay Area apartment market.
