Overview

Mark graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.  He began his career at Marcus & Millichap immediately after college in 2001, and has devoted his entire 14 year career to an advisory role in the disposition and acquisition of multi-family investments in Orange County and Southern California.  Mark has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent since 2001, and a Real Estate Broker since 2008.  Mark has been able to offer a broad spectrum of services including real estate cycle analysis, portfolio analysis, acquisition and disposition advise, 1031 exchange scenarios, and providing real-time market information all with the goal of helping his clients create and preserve wealth.

Mark Bridge

Gavin Jennings
Associate
Prior to joining the Bridge Group, Gavin worked in the financial services industry. At Main Street Business Capital, Gavin assisted small business owners with equipment financing and other working capital loans. Before that, he worked in Cusco, Peru with ProWorld developing projects in rural communities outside Cusco. Projects ranged from small, single day infrastructural improvements to multi-year initiatives incorporating all the ProWorld project portfolios. Gavin graduated from Vassar College, a top-tier institution located in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. While attending Vassar, he was a member of the Men's Soccer Team for four years, earning all Liberty League honors his junior and senior years. Gavin is eager to further his passion for commercial real estate and to provide the client excellent brokerage.  
 
Jake Fagenson
Associate
Jake Fagenson has extensive experience in multifamily property and asset management. He owns and self manages 85 apartment units throughout California. He is unmatched when it comes to hands on experience in the issues property owners face. Prior to joining the Bridge Group, Jake worked as a realtor at Keller Williams where he specialized in the sale of 4-unit investment properties throughout Orange County. Before that, he worked directly for the president of Huntington Beach Capital Partners, a local hard money and private equity lender. He also worked as a listing agent for NetWorth Realty, a wholesale real estate brokerage focusing on fix and flip investment properties throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. Jake is determined to provide his clients with unmatched customer service and unique insight to help them achieve their real estate investment goals. 

Amanda Fitzpatrick
Marketing Coordinator / Research Analyst
Amanda graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business Administration. Amanda is passionate about ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding client expectations. Her dedication to providing high quality market research to clients is shown in her strong attention to detail in order to guarantee accurate and reliable analyses. As the Marketing Coordinator for the Bridge Group, Amanda is highly skilled at creating powerful visual and descriptive marketing materials to ensure that the client's property stands out from the rest. She is proficient at managing multiple tasks at once and consistently meets team and clients deadlines. Amanda is determined to ensure that the client has the best experience possible when teaming up with the Bridge Group.
