Leroy Lutu

Leroy Lutu, of Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office, specializes in the acquisitions and dispositions of single-tenant and multi-tenant office and industrial properties throughout the Seattle/Puget Sound market. Mr. Lutu is focused on creating value for each of his clients through innovative approaches and advisory services that help to maximize their specific goals and objectives. Whether it involves repositioning assets for a sale, acquisitions & dispositions strategy, complex financial advisory services or capital debt structuring for existing or new assets, Mr. Lutu makes his mission to be as professional, knowledgeable, and passionate as possible in producing results for his clients.

Leroy started his investment real estate brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap in January of 2014. To date, Leroy has sold over $130,000,000 of investment properties -- with several marquee deals throughout the Seattle area. Most recently, Mr. Lutu facilitated the sale of the Parmac Industrial Park, which was the largest industrial sale ever recorded in Kirkland, WA, where he represented both the Sellers and Buyers in the historic transaction.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Leroy attended the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii. He earned his bachelor's degree in political & governmental sciences with a major in political science and a minor in sociology. While there, he was a four-time varsity letterman playing on both the university’s basketball and football team where he earned standing on the program’s Leadership Council. Additionally, Leroy was a two-time Scholar-Athlete Award winner, a WAC Champion, and an Athletic Director's Honor Roll student-athlete.
