Leilani Tedeski joined the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap in 2013 bringing 25 years of valuable corporate and real estate background experience with her. By joining the nation’s top commercial real estate brokerage firm, Leilani strategically positions her clients to achieve their investment goals and maximize their returns.

Leilani commenced her professional career negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and analyzing financial project costs while working at international aerospace, construction and engineering firms located in southern California.

Leilani graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She realizes the importance and benefits that expertise can garner in investment real estate. From 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges to Insurance to NNN lease structures, Leilani continues to build her knowledge base by attending seminars, conferences, webinars and classroom lectures. Leilani is also currently pursuing her CCIM certification.
When Leilani is not working, she enjoys Cross Fit, swimming, running, golf and also competes in short-and-long distance triathlon events.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Leilani worked as a Contract Manager at two internationally recognized environmental / construction companies.  Her responsibilities included the preparation of million dollar proposals, negotiation of contract price and contract terms and conditions, solicitation of proposals from contractors, vendors and suppliers, administration of resultant agreements and support of project managers with project planning and cost budgeting.  During her tenure in this field, Leilani had the opportunity to work overseas in Germany as part of a select team focused on building a new office and presence in the area.  Leilani also received in depth specialized training in mitigating and leveraging risks by negotiating changes to contract terms and conditions.  Leilani left the corporate arena and ventured into the exciting world of real estate in January 2004.
