Lazarus works out of the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap and specializes in the sale of multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout Queens and is currently marketing a number of exclusive investments. Lazarus and his partner, Matt Fotis have sold over $200 Million of real estate in Queens and Brooklyn.
