Laurie Ann (L.A.) Drinkwater, CCIM brings unparalleled experience to the table with over 30 years in the industry as a real estate and asset management executive. In addition to a degree in Business Management, she also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level educational curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience.

LA has proven to navigate clients through all real estate climates from the height of the market through the hangover of the economic downturn of 2008. Commitment to client satisfaction and success has established an incomparable network of investor relationships. In the past year alone, LA has closed over $250 million in real estate transactions, with a vast array of clients ranging from private investors and developers to large institutional investors.

In addition to being a Senior Vice President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap, LA is a Senior Director of the firm’s retail specialty retail and net lease groups, as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
