Kevin Turner

Overview

Kevin Turner represents buyers and sellers in multifamily investment real estate property. He specializes in the dynamic East Bay Area apartment market and has represented both private and institutional clients in his 30 years of real estate brokerage experience. In addition, Mr. Turner has represented buyers and sellers of larger apartment complexes in Sacramento, Reno and Las Vegas, NV. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Turner was in the National Football League/USFL as a member of the New York Giants, Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks and Cleveland Browns and played two seasons for the Los Angeles Express (USFL). He also received a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. Mr. Turner joined Marcus & Millichap in 1986 working out of the Palo Alto office and was trained by William Millichap and John Worthing. In 1990, Mr. Turner moved to the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap and spearheaded the opening of the Oakland office in 2005. Mr. Turner has closed over $2.0 billion in transactions since 1987.
