Overview

Kevin J. King was born and raised in Long Beach, California, and resides in the Belmont Shore area with his wife and kids. Kevin's family has been active in real estate investments for nearly 40 years and he has been involved in real estate investment since 1991. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 1995, Kevin has consistently been one of the top agents in the firm.

Kevin has a strong background in real estate management, finance, and investment brokerage. His expertise is in Southern California apartments. Kevin demonstrates a strong knowledge in his areas of specialization, and is respected by others within the firm and throughout the industry as a leader in the market area.

Kevin is responsible for providing his clients with current market knowledge and up-to-date information on market trends. In addition, he is accountable for all promotional activities, contract preparation, negotiations, due diligence, arranging financing and coordinating the closing of transactions. For every property that is offered for sale, there are a limited number of buyers. That limited number of buyers becomes even more limited as the price approaches the high end of what is considered "the market." Kevin has demonstrated that he can seek out this limited investor population and attain the highest possible price for his clients.

Ryan T. Gonzalez, Senior Associate  |  Ryan was born and raised in Downey, California and now resides in the Belmont Shore are of Long Beach, California. He works with investment properties throughout the mid-cities area and NNN retail nationwide. Ryan comes from a strong finance and investment background, which aids in his real estate brokerage skills. He is responsible for providing clients with the latest information and research in their specific markets, as well as, handling various client services when the need arises, such as marketing, underwriting, and the negotiation of transactions. Ryan keeps constant communication with an extensive database of over 5,300 principles in the area. The result of Ryan's expertise is optimal positioning, pricing, and market strategy.

Arnie Suttipreechanun, Associate  |  Arnie was raised in Downey, California and currently resides in Lakewood, California. He attended California State University in Fullerton where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration.  Arnie specializes in asset analysis, property operations analysis, and specific asset buy-sell strategies. His responsibilities at Marcus & Millichap include researching, underwriting, negotiating, marketing, providing up-to-date market knowledge, and demonstrating the latest market trends to our clients. Continual contact with a database f over 5,000 Southern California apartment investors through the use of phone, mail, fax, email, and social media ensures listing exposure to all qualified principals. 
 
Martin Porter, Associate  |  Martin Porter has been in the retail real estate industry for over 25 years, and has worked with a variety of national institutional-oriented real estate companies. He has worked on properties ranging from 8,000 square feet to over 1,000,000 square feet, encompassing traditional, promotional, enclosed, ground-up developments, lifestyle/specialty shopping centers, as well as retail components of urban oriented mixed-use developments. Additionally, he has concluded close to 300 lease transactions representing approximately 1,000,000 square feet, worth over $130 million. He has a respected reputation for rigorous cold calling, consistent follow up, and successful closing techniques, and provides value and upside in every endeavor. He has an in-depth knowledge of many markets in the Western and Southwestern United States, and a keen sense to quickly and proficiently evaluate new markets.
 
Nelson Arguelles, Associate  |  Nelson was raised in Whittier, California and currently lives in Long Beach, California. He attended Long Beach State University where he earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Nelson came from a background in residential real estate before moving on to larger apartment building properties with the Marcus and Millichap team. His area of focus includes the local Long Beach market. Nelson is responsible for contacting his clients with valuable details, statistics and data on the latest real estate trends.

Dylan Louros, Associate  |  Dylan was raised in Huntington Beach, California and now resides in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach, California. He attended Cal State University of Long Beach, where he studied Business Management with a minor in Business Marketing. Out of college Dylan spent several years in the Marketing Industry working with clients such as Coca-Cola, Nike and Microsoft. With a passion for real estate and an extensive network of investors, Dylan acquired his real estate license and joined the Marcus and Millichap team. Dylan has a firm understanding of market trends and specializes in multi-family investment properties throughout the Southern California area. Dylan brings value to his clients by delivering the latest technical analyses and optimal marketing strategies for their properties.
 
Perry Seng , Executive Assistant  | 
Perry was born in Thailand and now resides in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach, California. She works closely with the team and is a key contributor in keeping the team on track. Her responsibilities as an administrator is to help facilitate the day-to-day brokerage activities such as sales transactions, contract preparation, escrow coordination, proposals, marketing and advertising, and database management. Perry handles her administrative duties with the utmost integrity.
