Ken Mantell joined Marcus & Millichap after spending adecade founding and successfully building Echo Specialty Pharmacy, one of NewYork’s largest specialty healthcare businesses. He recently sold the Company to a private equity led consortium, but notbefore developing a passion and operating understanding of commercial realestate. Mr. Mantell brings this irreplaceablevalue and firsthand experience as a business owner and operator to his clientsas a trusted advisor. With a niche focuson the larger multifamily assets in the Brooklyn market, he spends themajority of his time at Marcus & Millichap underwriting investmentproperties and canvassing new business throughout Brooklyn. Prior to Echo, Mr. Mantell was part of JPMorganChase’s Structured Credit Products group where he acted as a liaison toportfolio manager clients and the credit derivatives trading desk. Mr. Mantell has a business degree from LehighUniversity, is a Brooklyn native, and has working knowledge of multiple languages. He has lived in Italy and Russia, and enjoystraveling, history, cooking, tennis and fishing.
