Keith E. Lloyd

Keith Lloyd, in the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap, has over 36 years’ experience specializing in investment/user sales and tenant representation. He has been recognized for demonstrated leadership and consistent proven performance. His experience in managing assignments utilizes his skill and ability to analyze the economic business needs unique to each client. His philosophy is to provide a high level of service to the client which means being involved in all phases of the real estate transaction.

In 2014, Keith joined Marcus & Millichap as an Investment Sales Professional. He believes the resources and the platform of Marcus & Millichap are the best of the best in the industry for their clients. Beginning in 1986, Keith joined a local boutique real estate firm where he was Top Producer for two consecutive years in 1991 and 1992. In 1993, Keith moved to Grubb & Ellis and in 1994 he was named “Rookie of the Year” and was a Top Ten Advisor for sixteen out of nineteen years for the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis and its acquirer, Newman Knight Frank.

In 2001, 2003, 2007, 2008 and 2012 Keith was named to the firm’s Circle of Excellence, a designation given each year to the firm’s Top 100 Agents across the USA. During his 21 plus years at Grubb & Ellis, he spoke at the company’s “Houston’s Real Estate Forecast Breakfast”. Additionally, Keith was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as a three time “Heavy Hitter in the Houston Commercial Real Estate Industry. Keith attended the University of Georgia, graduating in 1977 with a major in Real Estate and Urban Development. He is a member of NAIOP, a national commercial real estate association that is dedicated to raising the professional standard within the brokerage industry and nurturing the growth of those individuals. This affiliation allows him to stay abreast of the latest developments in the industry.
