Kahlil Kenneth Barnard has over 16 years experience in the real estate business and is in his 12th year at Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services Company, with whom he opened the Indianapolis office for it's retail division. Kahlil has consistently been involved in providing his clients with comprehensive research, advisory, finance, and transactional services that are typically considered high profile investment properties ranging from Regional Malls, Community Shopping Centers, Retail Strips to Single Tenant Net Leased Investments occupied by Banks, Drugstores, Auto parts, and restaurant transactions.

 

Mr. Barnard runs an investment company called Midwest-Properties for wealth building of its principal members through acquisition and management of leased investment based properties.

Mr. Barnard has excelled in his career while being named Sales Associate in December 2000, promoted to Senior Associate in May 2002, promoted to Senior Investment associate in July 2005, and most recently advanced to First Vice President of Investments in 2014. Kahlil serves as a Director of the firm's National Retail Group and has done so from its inception, and routinely serves as a Mentor for a select number of Junior Agents in the Midwestern markets for the firm, all while sitting on the board for IU Center for Real Estate Studies.
