Justin Rappel

Overview

Justin Rappel joined the Marcus & Millichap family in 2011. While training under one of the firm's most seasoned and successful Net-Leased agents, he closed several transactions in his first year and quickly became familiar with core markets and tenants across the country.  He has mastered the skills and practices which encourage timely closings and favorable terms for his clients, including assisting his buyers in effectuating successful and seamless 1031-exchanges.
Now in his fifth year, Justin has expanded to become President of Rappel Realty, Inc, a group within Marcus & Millichap focused on the sale and acquisition of Net-Leased properties across the country.  Initially focused on Fast Food Properties, his expertise now spans the entire Net-Leased arena, having sold properties ranging from fast food properties, drug stores, gyms and Nationally tenanted multi-tenant shopping centers.  Along with his supporting staff at the Encino Office of Marcus & Millichap, he provides the personality and amiability of a boutique firm while maintaining the marketing power and professionalism of the nation's largest Brokerage Firm. 

Justin is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Policy, Planning & Development. He played water polo for the Trojans were he won two NCAA Division 1 Championships and created the foundation for a team that went on to win 6 consecutive championships, the most in NCAA water polo history.
