Josh is a First Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap and a Senior Director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group. He specializes in the investment sales of multifamily properties and portfolios throughout the greater Midwest with a primary focus on the Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Pennsylvania markets. Since joining the firm in 2007, Josh has handled the sale of over 27,000 units valued in excess of $1.19 billion.
