Jordan Fischer

Overview

Jordan E. Fischer specializes in the sale and 1031 exchange of multi-family investment properties in southern California. Jordan graduated college from California State University, Northridge in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in both Business Administration (Real Estate) and Finance.  He began his career in Investment Real Estate at the Encino Office of Marcus and Millichap in 2014. 

Prior to entering Investment Real Estate, Jordan had earned several awards for academic excellence while in college. He also obtained his Real Estate Broker License in August of 2015. Jordan also owns and manages several investment properties with his family in Los Angeles including apartments, retail, and mixed-use development projects.

Jordan takes pride in helping his clients meet and exceed their investment goals. A unique advantage of working with Jordan is his style of brokerage. He truly understands how to advise his clients in a way to maintain and grow his or her wealth and is selfless.
