Overview

Jordan D. Marshall has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2012 and specializes in consulting private investors, institutions, and developers on all aspects of acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties.  Jordan advises his clients on everything from market research, to recent sales, on-markets, rental information, current financing conditions, and opinions of value. Jordan has partnered with the multi-family housing group of Michael Barron, Dan Burkons, Joshua Wintermute, and Richard Lattro. Since 2002 the team has closed over 35,000 units with an aggregate sales volume of $1.5 billion. The team specializes in the sale of multi-family investment properties throughout the Midwest with a primary focus on Ohio. 

Jordan attended The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Operations Management and earned his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from Florida State University. He is also a member of the National Multi Housing Group.
