Jordan Asheghian

Jordan Asheghian began his career at the West Los Angeles office of Marcus and Millichap in 2015. Jordan is a key team member of the Azzi Group, consistently ranked #1 in the country for multifamily sales in the private client sector

In just a short period of time, Jordan has established himself as one of the top multifamily agents on the Westside, closing over $325 million dollars in transactions since his start with the firm. Jordan is also consistently ranked one of the top brokers in the West Hollywood and adjacent areas by volume, transactions sold, and number of units sold (700+ units since 2016). In 2016, Jordan also controlled the largest market share for 8 unit+ multifamily sales in the West Hollywood and adjacent submarkets, which was approximately 27% of the marketplace. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, he was a Senior Associate at Equity Office Properties, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group.

Jordan graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance.

Jordan is an avid soccer player and has represented the United States in the Maccabiah Games in Israel. Jordan is dedicated to charitable organizations including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Maghen David Adom, The Jewish Federation, City of Hope, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and others.

With a background in institutional real estate, Jordan is plugged into the market and understands how to combine current market trends, capital markets and asset level analysis in order to maximize value on behalf of his clients in every transaction. His vast insight coupled with his attention to detail and unwavering work ethic ensure that his clients’ expectations are consistently surpassed. Many of his clients are repeat clients as they feel Jordan puts their interests above his own.
