Joel Westle

Overview

Joel Westle joined the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in March 2012. As an associate director with MMCC, Mr. Westle is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.

Mr. Westle has more than 15 years of real estate finance experience. Prior to joining MMCC, he served as vice president commercial lending with Kearny Capital Partners in San Francisco. He was also a real estate agent with Omega Capital Management in Santa Rosa, CA, a portfolio manager with Real Estate Investment Trust in Sonoma, CA, and the CEO and co-founder of Westle Securities LLC in San Francisco.

Mr. Westle graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
