Overview

Jessica Kelley is in her 12th year with the firm of Marcus & Millichap, the #1 Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company in the country. Jessica joined the firm in 2003 as a member of the firm's prestigious S.I.P (Salesperson Internship Program), an intensive year-long sales agent mentorship program limited to individuals of the highest qualifications. In 2009, Jessica was promoted to Associate Director and in 2010 promoted to Director of the National Office and Industrial Group (NOIPG). In 2015, Jessica was promoted to Vice President Investments, one of Marcus & Millichap's highest designations for agents.  Jessica specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail Commercial Real Estate Sales in the San Fernando Valley of California and has closed over $250M in commercial real estate sales. Jessica and her team usually carry approximately $25M in commercial properties exclusively listed at any given time.  
Jessica's knowledge, commitment and approachable personality provide the foundation for her continued success. She has an excellent reputation for working with the best interest of her clients in mind, and for getting the job done in a timely, professional, and amiable matter. Jessica's skills to negotiate sizable cash deposits, hefty deposit increases, and short contingency periods, results in her client netting more money at the close of escrow. Jessica is 100% committed to creating and preserving wealth for her clients and fostering long-term relationships that result in this success.
 
Jessica, along with her partner, Martin Agnew, have successfully managed a team of agents for 11 years. Currently they are mentoring two junior agents and have mentored nine other junior agents over the years. Jessica and Martin take pride in mentoring young agents trying to break into the commercial real estate business and spend hours training and guiding these young agents to success.
 
Jessica received a Bachelor of Science degree with College Honors in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2001. She was a member of the Bruin Business Society and was honored by the Alumni Association with a prestigious Alumni Scholarship.
