Jason Dean

Overview

Jason Dean joined the Indianapolis office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) in May 2011. As an associate director with MMCC, Mr. Dean is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, manufactured housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.

Mr. Dean has more than 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience. He specializes in performing analysis for debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Dean served as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and also held sales management positions at two real estate finance companies. He is the founder and proprietor of Access Financial LLC.

Mr. Dean attended the University of Houston, where he studied finance. He also has his Series 7, 66 and 31 licenses.
