Jared Plamann

Jared Plamann is a Hospitality Investment Specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Minneapolis office. He specializes in hospitality properties throughout the upper Midwest and is an active member within the firm's exclusive National Hospitality Group. The Minneapolis hospitality team focuses on the acquisition and disposition of hospitality properties within the five-state upper Midwest area including: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Since its inception in 2012, the hospitality team in Minneapolis has successfully brokered nearly $200 million in Commercial Real Estate investments throughout their entire geographic region. The team has rapidly grown to become the dominant hotel firm in the upper Midwest.

Jared is originally from Appleton, Wisconsin and now resides in Minneapolis. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration-Marketing and a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. Jared also served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps out of Green Bay, WI. During his time at UW-Stevens Point, Jared assumed numerous types of leadership and involvement positions, was active in the community in volunteer work, and gained valuable Real Estate experience with local professionals. Jared possesses extreme familiarity in the Midwest region and particularly the Wisconsin market.
