Jakub Nowak is an Associate Broker with Marcus & Millichap. He leads a team of agents specializing in Commercial, Industrial and Development Real Estate in the Metropolitan Area of New York with a primary focus on Brooklyn and Queens.

During his eight years of commercial real estate brokerage, Mr. Nowak has closed over 50 commercial investment sales transactions. His track record covers a broad spectrum of asset types and transaction structures throughout New York City. In 2014 he notably executed the sale of a 150,000 square foot industrial business complex at 150 52nd Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn for $19.5 million, one of the largest industrial property sales in that neighborhood.

Some of his most recent Brooklyn transactions include the sale of a multifamily elevator building at 572-576 5th Avenue for $10.7 million, the sale of an industrial portfolio at 677-697 McDonald Avenue for $9 million and a Park Slope South neighborhood price record for the sale of a development site at 626-630 5th Avenue at $333 per buildable square foot.

Jakub received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science with a minor in German Languages and Culture from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
