Jacob Levy has the distinction of being one of the top overall producers in the history of Marcus & Millichap. His accumulated earnings to date rank him among the top twenty highest earning brokers in the company’s 45-year history. During his tenure, Jacob has been ranked numerous times among the Top 10 producers and several times as the #1 overall earner among all of Marcus & Millichap’s agents. Throughout his career he has closed real estate investment transactions amounting to over $2.5 Billion in volume, mostly throughout California, Western USA and the entire country. Each of Levy’s transactions ranges from One Million to Thirty Million Dollars and more.

Jacob is a well-seasoned agent with a great deal of experience, knowledge and expertise in the Income Producing Real Estate field. His main emphasis is the sale of Apartments, Self-Storage, NNN, Office, Medical, Commercial properties and Shopping Centers mainly in San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.

In addition to being promoted to a Senior Director and Senior Vice President/Investments, Jacob was promoted to be the first agent to become Managing Director of Marcus & Millichap.
