Mr. Vito joined Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office in the spring of 2012 as an assistant to Ahmed Kabani. He works along side Ahmed Kabani, specializing in Hotel and Motel properties with a focus on limited serves brands in Florida.Mr. Vito is a recent graduate of Miami Dade College where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. As an assistant to Ahmed Kabani for two years, Dominic gathered valuableexperience in transaction coordination as well as hotel underwriting. The hands on experience gained over his tenure as an assistant has positioned Mr. Vito ideally to assist any and all clients in their pursuit of creating and preserving wealth.
