Henry “Hap” Knowles joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 under the Sales Intern Program (SIP), and is associated with the Newport Beach office. Since his inception in to the firm, he has worked as a multifamily specialist to deliver the highest level of service, accountability, and expertise to his clients. As an associate broker, Hap exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Orange County territory. While working with The Weston Group, he gains exposure to daily operations of the Institutional Property Advising team and has access to the extensive resources of the nation’s premier real estate investment brokerage firm. Hap graduated from Chapman University, with a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate. While attending the Argyros School of Business and Economics, he was an executive board member of Alpha Kappa Psi and team captain of Chapman’s men’s varsity lacrosse program.
