Thus far, Hamid has participated in more than 300 transactions, totaling more than $800 million. Hamid’s vast experience has honed his skills, which include identifying investment opportunities, solving problems and strategic planning, covering a wide range of commercial real estate activities. With a desire to return home to Arizona and resume multifamily brokerage, Hamid began discussing with Cliff and Steve their shared vision for expanding the group’s multifamily investment advisory services to include Tucson, and the secondary and tertiary apartment markets throughout the southwestern United States. In June 2013, Hamid moved from Seattle to join Cliff and Steve's group, with a newfound passion and energy to further the group's established practice of unparalleled multifamily disposition services throughout Arizona.

In February 2004, Hamid began his career at Marcus & Millichap by succeeding under the firm’s Sales Internship Program where he led the marketing efforts and transaction management for the top producing Marcus & Millichap team in Arizona. In 2005, Hamid was promoted to Associate and presented the opportunity to move to Tucson and focus on multifamily brokerage, where he consistently excelled in client service for nearly six years. In 2005, he also earned the firm’s Sales Achievement Award and Top First Year Agent award for the Arizona offices. In January 2008, Hamid was promoted to Senior Associate and trained and developed his junior agent, who was awarded the 2008 Top First Year Agent award for the Arizona offices. In February 2011, Hamid entered the management field by assuming the Sales Manager position of Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office. In February 2012, he was promoted to Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office. While serving as Regional Manager, Hamid was responsible for the oversight, recruiting, hiring, training, development, deployment, support, retention and direction of over 30 real estate investment professionals and finance originators covering the state of Washington, and specializing in product types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, self-storage and land development.
