Gary Cohen


A seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years experience with first class firms in our industry, including tenure at CBRE, Grubb & Ellis and Arden Realty.  Gary brings a broad spectrum of expertise, market knowledge and attention to detail to assist his clients through all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, acquisition, disposition, leasing and management activities always focused on adding value for his clients.

He has worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings managing real estate portfolios and teams of real estate professionals, analyzing financial performance and executing redevelopment, revitalization and "lease-up" strategies in urban and suburban markets throughout the LA North region in addition to handling specific assignments for private clients.

Gary works with both corporate and entrepreneurial clients, approaching each assignment as a strategic partner. Gary has successfully transacted leases and sales valued in excess of $1.2 Billion.

Sales Recognition Award: 2016

In 2013 Cohen successfully executed nearly 178,000 square feet of sales and leases with a value in excess of $23 Million throughout Conejo Valley and Ventura County. 
Cohen’s most recent achievements include: the acquisition of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building in Camarillo for System Pavers, Inc.,   the acquisition of approximately 10,000 square foot medical office building in Thousand Oaks and a 1031 exchange involving the sale of a 16 unit apartment in Korea Town and the acquisition of four other assets for his client including one industrial building, two office buildings and one condo in Hawaii.
