Mr. Britti earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the
University of Miami. He is an active member with the International Council of
Shopping Centers and the Florida Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store
Association. He is an expert in the
field of Net Lease and Sale-Leaseback Transactions. Mr. Britti has a long list
of loyal clients including some of the nation’s largest institutional real
estate companies including publicly traded REITs, private equity funds, hedge
funds and high net-worth individuals. He has also structured sale-leaseback
programs for some of the largest private companies in the country.



Over
the past 7 years, Gabriel has sold over 360 properties for a value of $1
Billion, has over $98 million under contract, and has generated over $3 billion
in qualified offers. He is presently marketing over $220 million of assets.
