Frank Montalto

Frank Montalto draws on his extensive relationships with national, regional and local funding sources to secure commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and self-storage. Prior to joining the firm, Frank worked for an international financial institution managing a multibillion-dollar lending portfolio.

Frank received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Management from the University of Iowa – Tippie College of Business. He holds a real estate license in Illinois and is a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association, Real Estate Investment Association Emerging Leaders, and the Urban Land Institute.
