Farhan Kabani, an Vice President Capital Markets in Mark One Capital’s Dallas office, joined the firm in May 2006. He specializes in securing debt and equity financing for net lease, retail, office and industrial properties, and he has an exceptional ability to structure financing for single- and multi-tenant leased transactions. He is consistently one of the top loan producers within the firm and is a well-recognized industry leader.

As a net lease finance expert, Mr. Kabani offers front-line transparency with borrowers, lenders, brokers and clients in a way that offers a greater certainty of close through exercising more control over the entire loan process. He utilizes his expertise and numerous relationships with national, regional and local funding sources to achieve the best results for his clients.
Mr. Kabani has more than nine years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry, having closed more than 1,000 transactions in excess of $2 billion in funded loans. He has extensive knowledge of the capital markets and an outstanding ability to structure real estate investment transactions. He strives to provide his clients with the highest level of service.
Mr. Kabani earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and Bachelor of Science in economics from Southern Methodist University.
