Operations Manager

Maria DiFiore brings a wealth of knowledge from her prior experience working with a Real Estate Law Firm, Regional Title Company and top Networking Alliance Company, in Office Management and Operations, Marketing, Public Relations and Real Estate Finance and Transaction Management. Other prior accomplishments include 20 years with John Alden Life Insurance Company overseeing their Telecommunications Department and working as an Analyst. Mrs. DiFiore attended Broward College and Miami Dade College. She enjoys traveling with her husband, spending family time with their children and volunteer work.

MELANIE LIBOU
Executive Administrator

Melanie Libou is primarily responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Hunter Kristol Group. Her duties include conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. In addition, Ms. Libou coordinates the executive calendars and arranges business travel for Evan P. Kristol and Still Hunter, III. She is currently earning her BA in Business Administration - Human Resource Management from Florida International University.

BRANDON SCIOTTI
Senior Financial Analyst

Originally from Detroit, Brandon brings a diverse skill set to the Hunter Kristol Group. After several successful years as a securities broker, Brandon developed an interest in real estate and joined the Hunter Kristol Group in 2009. Shortly thereafter, Brandon decided to return to school and earned both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University’s Accounting Scholars Program. Upon graduating with honors, Brandon joined the international accounting and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked as a key member of the firm’s Assurance group, creating value through the audit of client financial statements. He has worked on audits for non-profit, private and public companies with various levels of revenue, up to billions. In 2015, Brandon rejoined the Hunter Kristol Group as a senior financial analyst, bringing his vast financial knowledge and analytical abilities to refocus on the South Florida multifamily investment market.

ELIJAH P. MEYER
Publications Manager

Elijah Meyer joined the Hunter Kristol Group in September 2012, and oversees all aspects of the marketing process including graphic design, photography, and the production of marketing and branding collateral, which results in a fully customized marketing campaign for each listing. Since 2005, he has amassed a diverse portfolio with companies including Aramark, Office Depot and Shop-Rite; and charities including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In addition to being a dedicated husband and father, Mr. Meyer is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design.

TIMOTHY ZEITOUN
Analyst

Timothy Zeitoun joined the Hunter-Kristol Group in the summer of 2014 after assisting a senior agent in office and industrial properties for one year. Originally from Paris, France, Mr. Zeitoun’s duties include the analysis and valuation of multi-housing properties with a focus on South Florida. Mr. Zeitoun holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Miami, where he majored in Economics, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance.

JULIANA SOLÓRZANO
Transaction Coordinator

Juliana Solórzano joined the Hunter Kristol Group in 2015, bringing over seven years of experience in real estate transactions and property management. Ms. Solórzano earned her real estate license at Gold Coast Schools, her Associate’s degree from Broward College, and is currently earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management at Florida International University. Originally from Colombia, Ms. Solórzano enjoys going to the beach, traveling, exercising, outdoor activities, and spending time with loved ones.
