Overview

Erin Patton is a Senior Director and Vice President Investments within Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group. Erin specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers in the Midwest region and net-leased investments throughout the country.  She joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and has partnered with Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller to form one of the top retail sales teams in the Midwest. The Patton | Wiles | Fuller team has since expanded to include Jim Stonehill, Dustin Javitch, CJ Jackson, Nick LiBassi, Josephine Zupan, and Sterling Krout. Additionally, the team has a talented full-time support staff consisting of two marketing coordinators, a transaction-management specialist, financial analyst, and two business development representatives. In her time with Marcus & Millichap, Erin has successfully brokered more than $1.25 Billion of retail property sales, totaling 16.75 million square feet.  She has consistently been recognized as a top 15 shopping center Broker nationally, and the top shopping center Broker in the Midwest.  Erin studied at Ohio University where she received a bachelor’s degree in communications.
