Elizabeth Davis is a director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the institutional multifamily market. Ms. Davis has worked with institutional real estate clients for more than 20 years in the areas of brokerage and development strategy.
In 2016, Ms. Davis led an IPA team that brokered the largest apartment sale to-date in Portland’s urban core, the 21-story, newly-constructed and pre-stabilized Yard tower. Clients recognize her success in executing complex transactions at record-making prices. Ms. Davis is also one of the most successful land brokers in Portland, representing sellers of prime development sites.
In 2014, Ms. Davis was honored as one of Real Estate Forum’s national “Women of Influence”. In 2016, 2014, 2013 and 2012 she received the prestigious CoStar Power Broker award, naming her one of the Top 10 Commercial Investment Sales Brokers in Portland, Oregon. In addition, she has received numerous industry honors including Maxi Awards, RAC Awards and a Telly Award. Ms. Davis' market insights have been published in Urban Land, MultiHousing News, GlobeSt.com, Multifamily Executive and The Washington Post.
Ms. Davis graduated cum laude from Oregon State University where she studied journalism and business. She completed post-graduate courses in real estate finance and law at UCLA. She is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, Multifamily NW and CREW.
