Eliyahu Appel

Overview

Eli Appel graduated from UCLA in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History specializing in the cyclical economic nature of the United States economy beginning just before the onset of the Great Depression. While studying at UCLA, Eli interned full time at the Encino office and graduated with college & departmental honors. Soon after graduation, Eli was promoted to an Investment Associate specializing in multi-family apartment sales in the Hollywood & Los Feliz submarkets.

Eli has a client centered and relationship driven approach where he is involved in every step of the transaction, from underwriting, to his aggressive marketing efforts, and finally to closing escrow.  Eli has already been recognized with the Marcus & Millichap Pacesetter award bestowed upon the upper echelon of the incoming Marcus & Millichap agents who meet a high standard of excellence.

Specializing in the 1031 exchange process, Eli examines each of his clients return on investment and provides various opportunities for his clients to build wealth; bettering their position by exchanging into larger multi-family apartment buildings, or helping them achieve the work-life balance they seek through a less management intensive Single Tenant asset. Eli’s clients can attest to the exponential value they gained as he facilitated the exchange increasing his client’s net worth and building multi-generational wealth.

Standing six feet and six inches tall, Eli enjoys playing basketball as well as watching his favorite team in Los Angeles, the Clippers.
