Overview

Dustin R. Alvino joined Marcus & Millichap in 2011 and has quickly become the firm’s top net-leased agent in the Las Vegas office and one of the firm’s top producers in Nevada. He and his team specialize in consulting with private investors, institutions, franchisee’s and developers, on the sale, exchange, and purchase of shopping centers and net-lease properties located across North America.  Dustin strongly believes in being “relationship-oriented” and has built up a substantial client base by putting his clients’ interest first.  His dedication and tireless work ethic have also contributed to his team becoming Nevada’s most knowledgeable and successful net-leased investment advisory team. 

Dustin has closed properties tenanted by well-known national and regional brands such as 7-Eleven, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Lone Star Distribution, Big O’ Tires, Rainbow Markets, Roberto’s Taco Shop, Family Dollar, Dollar General, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Dairy Queen, Subway and many more.  His team also represent clients in lease negotiation and has successfully negotiated deals with tenants such as 7-Eleven, Moneytree, Starbuck’s, Jack-in-the-Box, Circle K, Arby’s and several more.  For references regarding lease negotiation assistance, please contact Dustin directly. 

Dustin is a member of the National Retail Group and the Net-Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap. He graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, with a double major in Finance and Economics, and was part of an exclusive investment team selected to oversee the college’s Golden Griffin Fund.
