Overview

Drew Kile joined Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office as a Retail specialist and was named Rookie of the Year for the Dallas Office in his first year with the company. In 2006, Mr. Kile joined the firm's management team as the Sales Manager of the Dallas Office. In 2007, he opened the new Fort Worth office of Marcus and Millichap with 5 agents. Responsible for the hiring, training and transaction oversight for the office, Drew quickly grew the Fort Worth office to over 25 agents in just two years. In the 2008-2009 fiscal year, the Fort Worth Office was the fastest growing office among the 75+ offices in the company. In the summer of 2009, he transitioned back into the brokerage side of the company specializing in Office and Retail properties.

Over the course of his six years with Marcus & Millichap, Drew Kile has facilitated the closing of more then 75 Office and Retail transactions valued at more than $160 million.
