Drew Isaac

Overview

Drew Isaac is a Vice President Investments and Director of the Net Leased Properties Group & National Retail Group with Marcus & Millichap. Drew leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate investment properties throughout the country. He is based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office. 


Mr. Isaac’s core brokerage focus is the analysis, marketing, and investor representation of net leased, retail, and office assets. Having successfully brokered over 100 investment sales in 28 states, Mr. Isaac offers his clients a unique national perspective combined with a deep depth of deal experience. Drew has executed portfolio disposition strategies for build-to-suit (BTS) developers; has structured sale leaseback transactions for both public and private companies; and represented private capital investors, high-net worth individuals, family trusts, 1031 exchangers, and some of the nation’s largest institutional and private equity investors in their commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. 

Mr. Isaac is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers (DMCAB). Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Drew obtained his BSBA in Real Estate
/ Finance from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.

Mr. Isaac began his career at Marcus & Millichap in December 2007 through the firm’s Sales Intern Program (SIP).  Offered to less than five percent of new agents, the SIP pairs new agents with the firm’s top senior agents to accelerate deal experience and brokerage development.  Drew graduated from the SIP program and became an associate agent in June 2009.   In June 2013, Mr. Isaac achieved Senior Associate status.  In January 2015, he was promoted to Associate Vice President and awarded the designation as a Director of both the Net Leased Properties Group and National Retail Group.   In August 2016, Mr. Isaac was elected a Vice President Investments by the firm's board of directors.

Drew has been a top producing agent and has received numerous awards during his time with Marcus & Millichap. He has been the Denver office’s top investment broker of net leased properties from 2010 to 2015 and received Sales Recognition Awards in 2013, 2014, and 2015. In 2015, Mr. Isaac was awarded the Denver office’s Broker of the Year award and a Platinum National Achievement Award. He was the 17th ranked net leased agent and the 23rd ranked retail agent out of Marcus & Millichap’s 1,500+ agents and was the 6th ranked investment sales agent on the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Broker’s annual Heavy Hitters list.

Cassandra Mosser
Cassandra Mosser serves as an Associate investment broker with Marcus & Millichap and an associate member of the Net Leased Properties Group specializing in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased investment properties. She is based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office.

Career History
Ms. Mosser began her career at Marcus & Millichap working with Drew Isaac, the Director of the Net Leased Properties Group. Ms. Mosser’s specialty’s and financial background allows her to assist her clients in implementing the best strategies for meeting their investment goals.

Education
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ms. Mosser obtained a B.S.B.A in Corporate Finance from Colorado State University’s College of Business.

Madison Schaffner
Madison Schaffner serves as the team’s Marketing and Transactions Coordinator as part of the Net Leased Properties Group. Madison assists managing the marketing efforts and transactions of Drew Isaac’s team based out of the Denver office.

Career History
Ms. Schaffner began her career at Marcus & Millichap working with Drew Isaac, Director of the Net Leased Properties Group, and is responsible for the development and implementation of the team’s multi-faceted marketing plan. Ms. Schaffner provides strategic guidance, creates business development resources and oversees client deliverables while also monitoring the transaction progress of deals to ensure that each progresses smoothly.

Education
Ms. Schaffner obtained a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Business
Administration and Marketing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
