David Weinberg, Senior Managing Director Investments, has been with Marcus & Millichap for more than 20 years and is a consistently top-producing investment professional in the firm's Detroit office. Specializing in net-leased investment sales and sale-leaseback transactions on a nationwide basis, David serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a diverse clientele, including publicly traded and private companies, institutional investors, private equity firms, developers, franchisors, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists.

David is a senior member of Marcus & Millichap's Office & Industrial Division, Net Lease Division, and Retail Division. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA, formerly NAIOP), maintaining strong relationships throughout the commercial real estate industry.

Through his national brokerage partnership with Paul Kerber and Jacob Keith, David has successfully facilitated more than 446 investment transactions across 44 states and one Canadian province, representing in excess of $2.8 billion in total consideration.
