David S. Crotts

David Crotts specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic. He joined the National Retail Group and Institutional Property Advisors as a senior associate in 2016. David has an outstanding track record obtaining top value for his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David was a director on the retail investment sales team at CBRE in Washington DC where he helped close more than 80 deals totaling in excess of $4 Billion in sales. He closed deals ranging from $3 million to over $400 million, achieving great execution and results for his clients. David also previously worked at the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia helping the local government subsidize development projects around the city.

David obtained both his B.A. and MBA from the University of North Carolina and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
