David Morris

David Morris has been a commercial real estate broker for over 20 years. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David was a co-founder of Form Real Estate Advisors, a leading and independently owned commercial real estate brokerage based in Vancouver, BC. During David’s career, his focus has been on retail and land across a significant geographical area. Through his varying areas of expertise, David is able to provide his clients with a full-picture view of transactions across a significant geographical area.

In his career, David has sold more than $1,000,000,000 worth of property and leased over 5 million square feet of commercial space. Over the past 14 years, he’s worked closely with Shoppers Drug Mart on its real estate growth strategy throughout Western Canada. As part of this, David has participated in more than 150 lease transactions with Shoppers Drug Mart totaling more than 1,750,000 square feet of leased space. In addition, David acts on behalf of Canadian Tire and its subsidiaries throughout Western Canada, securing new locations through both purchasing and leasing of property.

Most recently, David executed on the disposition of a portfolio of properties located throughout British Columbia on behalf of Chevron Canada with an aggregate value of over $200 million.
