David J. Altman is an Investment Associate with the firm’s National Hospitality Group. Since joining the firm in 2012, David has become well versed in hospitality transactions. His strengths are working with investors to build their hotel portfolios for optimum economic viability. David's background in negotiation and strategic thinking makes him a great resource for investors looking to acquire or dispose of hotel assets. His careful attention to emerging trends and intimate understanding of the hospitality market provide owners with the most valuable, up to date market information. David graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree. He makes every effort to deal with clients respectfully and professionally with upstanding integrity.
