Overview

Daniel Shon is an associate of Marcus & Millichap specializing in the sale and acquisition of apartment buildings in Los Angeles County. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Daniel has closed numerous transactions in his tenure with the firm, successfully assisting clients reposition their assets to generate more income or allowing them the freedom to utilize their equity.

Due to his early success and hard work, Shon was awarded the firm's prestigious Pace Setter Award which recognizes the top 1% of new agents and Los Angeles Rookie of the Year thus recognized as one of the top new agents of the firm. Daniel attributes his success to a combination of his profound market knowledge, relentless work ethic, innate understanding of client needs, creative problem solving, meticulous preparation and precise execution during every transaction.

Daniel implements a hands-on approach throughout the process of selling and/or exchanging commercial real estate with his clients. This starts with a detailed analysis of the client's existing properties to evaluate opportunities available to each individual client. After successfully identifying opportunities, Daniel launches a marketing campaign specifically designed to generate an abundant amount of earnest and able buyers, coordinates all inspections and reviews due diligences materials throughout escrow, and introduces attractive financing options to ensure that all parties involved in the transaction are accounted for. This process has resulted in numerous smooth and seamless transactions for his clients.
 
Daniel earned a degree in Economics and minor in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. During his spare time Shon enjoys leading and serving the sports ministry programs at his church Sovereign Grace Los Angeles
