Daniel Hirth is a specialist in selling commercial investment properties in the Los Angeles area.

Daniel earned a Bachelors degree in History from the California State University of Northridge. Upon graduation he founded an online e-commerce company. He grew and nurtured his company for several years until he turned to fulfilling his lifetime goal of working as a commercial real estate broker.
As an investment property owner himself and with family investments in various property types, Daniel knows the needs of investors and the motivations for buying and selling. Following in his fathers' footsteps has led Daniel to a career as a Commercial Real Estate Agent, but his broad experience in other fields provides a unique perspective and approach that greatly benefits his clients.

Daniel’s approach to real estate is based on the client’s needs and relationship building. The client’s needs are of the utmost importance and come first. Daniel is involved in coordinating every step of the real estate transaction and is in constant communication with his clients. He is highly organized and is avid in ensuring that each transaction runs smoothly until escrow closes. Daniel’s honesty and integrity have created long-term business relationships and referrals from his loyal clients.

Daniel follows the stock market on a daily basis. He also loves the LA Kings and enjoys playing tennis and golf.
