Dan joined Marcus & Millichap’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group and Net Leased Properties Group in 2014. He specializes in investment sales of office and industrial properties in Suburban Philadelphia. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Dan worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at PHH Mortgage where he was responsible for measuring the risk of an $8.5 billion portfolio of loans. Prior to PHH, Dan worked as Financial Analyst Consultant within the Office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO) in the U.S. Department of Defense. In addition to managing all facets of the Chief Technical Officer’s program budgets, he performed program analysis, contract analysis, and provided recommendations to improve the financial performance of the business. Dan received a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and currently holds a Real Estate License in Pennsylvania.
